always on the lookout for ways to help you keep cool and hydrated. Increasing
your water intake is a natural step to take, but you can increase the health
benefits of your water by infusing it with delicious, ripe fruits, vegetables
and herbs. Infused waters add flavor and nutritional benefits. Rather
than choosing processed “vitamin water” or sugar-laden juice drinks, infusing
your own water lets you control both the flavor and the ingredients. To make
your tasty #infusedwater, start with a clean pitcher, water bottle, or even a large
canning jar. Glass is preferable, as it is easy to clean and will not interact
with the fruits or vegetables to produce off-flavors in the water. Fill the
pitcher with fresh, filtered water using a Multipure Drinking Water

a day or two, then make another healthy infusion!

are antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory, so don’t leave them out!
